I’ve stopped planning for the shit to hit the fan. Things go awry & “Bad” stuff is gonna happen. When traumatic events take place in your life, especially to those close to you it often shapes how you move after. Time is the only thing that heals these wounds. Sometimes you may think you did something to create these happenings from taking place, but more than often we don’t & aren’t. The day time your born can often dictate why & how. Certain sacred sciences aren’t understood much less taught without any fear based energy & that first introduction to anything new can be a turn people off if misunderstood or digested too fast. So chew slow & be gentle with yourself (is one thing I share with Amoor) Another good meditation after you brush your teeth is to announce “Nothing bad is gonna happen today & if it does (please keep me humble yet ready) God is only going to allow me what my heart, spirit & mind can endure.” Compassion,Truthfulness & Kindness; simple yet very layered.
