Happy Friday. Today’s workout was an almost, it says 5 sets and I was done after 3. As a poor but viable excuse, I got up for the 2 minute rest and my dog did take over my workout space. She looked so comfy I took it as a good excuse to stop at 3 sets. Have gym time planned at lunch today, so maybe that will help. Who knows I may finish the other 2 after work tonight….not likely but possible.
